The CARDIOLATES® Teacher Training Course covers the technique and choreography of CARDIOLATES® group classes, as well as the health benefits of rebounding that can help educate and promote rebounding to clients of all fitness levels. Protocols for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels are taught, together with the appropriate beats per minute to prefer during the music selection. Techniques to monitor clients’ exertion level and heart rate, as well as protocols for clients with special needs and conditions are included in the program.
