Pilates is a thoughtful mind-body system of exercise that requires attention to detail, form and alignment and as such at the Pilates Academy we keep Group classes small to ensure time for individual attention and instruction. Group classes are a great way of enjoying Pilates in a supportive environment with like-minded people that will put you at ease!
You haven’t experienced everything Pilates has to offer until you have trained on it’s dedicated equipment. Our Group Equipment classes are designed with particular attention on core strengthening, stability and coordination. Small classes ensure you get maximum attention from your instructor!
Being alone with our own body is the best way to enhance our corporal awareness and perception, but also the hardest. During these on-floor trainings challenge comes from Matwork progressions as well as from using a set of Pilates props (balls, foam rollers, Magic circles).
