Our Team of International Trainers only comprises Fully Certified Pilates Instructors. The Studio is fully furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and the safest International apparatus from the US and Germany. Classes in English, Arab, French, Italian and Spanish.

All Trainers, Facilities and Teacher Training Courses at the Pilates Academy are approved and certified by Reps UAE, the Register of Exercise Professionals for the United Arab Emirates to provide you with the best possible service.
Both Branches are open 7 days/week from 7am to 9pm, including weekends and National Holidays. Your commitment to healthy movement is our commitment too!
Classes are open to males and females, as well as teenagers. Pilates is the best form of movement for all ages and genders.
