Georgia

Georgia is from Melbourne Australia. She has recently moved to Dubai with her partner and is determined to pursue her passion for teaching Pilates.

At a young age of 3, she started dancing and practiced ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance for over 16 years. Health and fitness have always played an important role in her life, and she has always loved trying different ways to exercise. She has first introduced to Pilates 6 years ago and it was during her personal practice and feeling the benefits for herself, that she instantly fell in love with the discipline and wanted to learn more.

In 2015 Georgia decided to turn her passion into a career. Completing her qualifications as Pilates Instructor and Cert V in personal training at Breathe Education in Australia and working at studios around Melbourne, she has seen massive improvements in her strength, stability and ability to move more efficiently in the day-to-day life.

She is now a huge advocate of the Pilates method and strongly believes it benefits everyone.

Her goal is to help others develop a sense of awareness in their bodies, improve posture, and increase strength and flexibility. Georgia particularly loves the Pilates Reformer and its ability to combine cardio and resistance training.

You can expect a fun, dynamic, functional creative flow in her classes. She enjoys educating people on why they should perform exercises a certain way; she finds it to be a great form of motivation. An ideal way to switch off mentally and focus on your body and the movement.
When Georgia is not teaching or practicing Pilates, she likes to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, combination of nutrition, exercise and spending time with loved ones.

Coming from a previous career as a cabin crew with Qantas, she has the travel bug big time. She loves to go on new adventures and discover new places and cultures on a regular basis. She particularly enjoys being outdoors, the beach, swimming, snowboarding, hiking, dancing and enjoying nature.
